2011 IRHA Hurricane Show

Dates: 03/17/2011 - 03/20/2011 Location: Washington County Fairpark, Hurricane, UT Website Registration instructions We have made a new improvement to the IRHA website. ENTRY FORMS can be filled out on line and emailed directly to the Show Secretary Betty Mayer. On the home page you will find a new feature which says LOGIN or REGISTER. This is a onetime registration that will allow you to now be able to submit your Entry Forms directly from your computer. We are in the process of setting up the same for the Stall Reservation Form as well as the Membership Form. For right now the ENTRY FORM feature is working and our first show of the season is coming up very quickly, March 17th through the 20th in Hurricane, UT so here are the instructions: 1. Click once on the Register tab located at the top left hand side of the HOME page. 2. Complete all of the information, making sure that your email address is correct. 3. Click on Register - You will want to save our pass word to use when you Login In Once you are registered you are ready to move to the next step which is filling out the Entry Form. Click on Entry Form that is listed on the Event Page for the Show you want to enter. For right now the ONLY entry form that is available is the first Hurricane Show March 17th through 20th. Fill in your entry form making sure that you have provided ALL the information, horse?s name, owners name TAX ID/SOC. SEC., COMPETITION LICENSE number and NRHA number. Select the classes by marking an "X" in the box to the left of the class you choose to enter. Once you have completed your entry form: 1. SAVE to your desk top or somewhere you will remember where to find it. Something easy would be to create a folder on your desk top, save all your entry forms in the file then you will be able to make changes as needed plus keep track of your entries. 2. Go to the Event Page Entry Form: Submit Entry Form Online: Download the entry form. Click "Browse" and select the file. Finally, click on the "Upload" button. 3. YOUR ENTRY FORM HAS NOW BEEN SENT TO BETTY MAYER THE SHOW SECRETARY 4. If you need to change anything on your entry form just make the changes to your saved entry form, save, upload, and submit. The changes will be sent to Betty. If you have questions or need additional help click on "Contact Us" and email your question. ENTRY FORMS FOR THE MARCH HURRICANE SHOW SHOULD BE SUBMITED TO BETTY BY MARCH 10, 2010 TO AVOID LATE FEES. SPECIAL NOTE: NO THERE IS NOT A MISTAKE ON THE HURRICANE ENTRY FORM we really are running Pattern #11 on Saturday and YES the Short Stirrup class will be running Pattern #12. NRHA has added an additional new pattern, #11. The Short Stirrup pattern is now pattern #12. Click on the NRHA PATTERNS tab and print out the NEW pattern book.
