As the show season is winding down there are several items that are time sensitive that need your attention:

YOUTH SCHOLARSHIPS
Youth scholarships are due into Ashley Weaver no later than the October Affiliate Show in Salina, Oct. 4th through the 9th, 2011. Scholarship application is available on the IRHA website.

NOEL SKINNER AWARD
Any IRHA member in good standing is eligible to nominate candidates for the Noel Skinner Award. Nominations must be received by the IRHA President, John Carricaburu in writing or by email by September 31, 2011. Qualifications for this award are posted to the website.

2011 NRHA MOUNTAIN AFFILIATE FINALS/IRHA 15th ANNUAL UTAH CLASSIC FUTURITY & DERBY
Entry forms and stall reservations should be into Betty Mayer no later than September 27th, 2011 to avoid late fees. The Salina Super 8 has agreed to be our HOST HOTEL offering a show rate of $60.00 per night. Get your room reservations in early. Additional hotel choices are posted on the website, ask for IRHA Horse Show Rate.

SCRIBE & GATE HELP
Once again we will be needing the help of the members to cover the Scribe and Back Gate possitions. Since the Affiliate Show has two Judges we will need double the scibes. Please "Contact Us" to sign up. There will be a sign up sheet posted later and available at the Show as well. Your help is greatly appreciated and is a great learning experience and oppertunity to meet your fellow compeditors as well.
